I became certain that the errors were not my own typos, though, when TB! all on its own took the "ds" out of "Best regards." It's an article of conscious practice with me not to mess with that signature template. Something buggy happens when TB! places a message composed in MicroEd in the Outbox or when it Sends the message. I have, as a test, copied a composed message to a sub-folder of the Outbox which I've named Reference (where I check to see if a Smiley is displaying its image as I wish it to, from time to time). I'll see the missing characters. I'll go back to the Edit window and put them back in and Send the message. The characters that I put back in will be there. It's been happening ever since I installed v. 3.51. I hesitated to report it--given its random occurrence.
