The complaint is that when you delete a folder, the program takes a default action and copies the file to the inbox instead of the deleted folder, and that a better default is to stop the filter from doing anything even if the other things it is doing could include sending a copy of the message to another account or another user, changing a color code, sending a reply to the sender with some other important information.
