I'm with FastMail which gives quotas for bandwidth used as well as
server space.

I don't use significantly more bandwidth than when using Mulberry. In
fact, I don't really see a difference.

However, I don't do full synchronization with server and my folders. I
think this may be the source of the heavy requesting. Full syncing with
folders for 3 accounts using 3 connections each is hefty, though I agree
that it shouldn't bring a server to its knees.
