I do not want my Outbox to have this Protection Feature.

Therefore I am not going to download and test .09 tonight. It's late

I guess I'm just tired, but I cannot understand the above paragraph.
Evidently it confused Ian A. White temporarily also.

I don't want that to happen.

I think it is dangerous for me not to be able to view my message in
the Outbox before I decide to send it.
