URL badly passed to IE

Hallo tbbeta,

  On another (rabbit related) list, somebody posted this URL:

  When I double clicked it in the preview pane, something mangled was
  passed to IE, but when I'm editing the message and double click the
  URL in MicroEd it's reaching IE in perfect shape.
  Who's to blame? IE, TB or my system (not me of course)?

  BTW It's the &current that gets mangled into one unprintable
  character and a 't'.
