I have fixed it with a Windows System Restore. At first I thought I might have a faulty download. The size given in Properties for 3.81.04rar is 3.83 MB and for 3.81.03rar is 3.81 MB. It doesn't seem as if I would get three bad downloads in a row (2 for v. 03, and today 1 for .04). I am using TB! Pro, but no OTFE, on Windows XP SP2. Any ideas about what could be going wrong for me?
