Hello Thomas, MS>> But as I think about it: a submenu or context menu would not be very MS>> effective when selecting more than one label for a message. Maybe a MS>> shortcut could make a popup window (like ctrl-shift-i for memos) where MS>> you have a bunch of checkboxes for each of your labels?

Yes, but as I said: I don't like the thought of having to open a flip-open menu three times to assign three labels to a message. I'd prefer to have the menu open with checkboxes or something, or a solution like assigning addresses to the "to" box with the rightmost button (a list with > and >> and < and <<) that opens on click and closes on click or on escape keypress. -- Martin TB! 3.85.03 on Windows XP 5.1 Service Pack 2 ________________________________________________________ Current ALPHA is 3.86.03 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
