No, Voyager uses OTFE by default, and it cannot be turned off. That's
not a problem, because Voyager is not my main application - I use it
when I'm travelling, and it will leave the messages on the server.
When I get home, the messages will be downloaded onto my office or
home computer, where they are not encrypted.

Voyager is a great help during trips. I hate web interfaces.
