Goncalo Do you read the Ritlabs forums? There are several people with similar issues including all mail/folders disappearing. I won't say it is "common" but it seems to happen more with new users - just my observation and not scientific :) Roelof helps a lot of them and can tell you that it is not a HUGE problem but occurrences are not sparse. A fast guess is that every 2 weeks or so someone posts that problem. Even if that proved to be once a month, that is too common for comfort.
