Hello Goncalo, The one and only time I had this problem was due to corruption of the mail base. Have you tried "Folder/Maintenance Center" ? If a folder is disappeared all of the sudden and found again by the key combination do "purge and compress" for this folder. Then after that try to "browse deleted messages" of this folder. Since you did a purge & compress there should be none. If there are there is definitely a folder corruption. -- George M.
