Yes, I agree. And this 'abbreviated' conversation made me remember about Virtual Access, the email client I used before moving to TB many years ago. It included an acronym dictionary and when you hovered the mouse cursor over an acronym, if it was in the dictionary, it would display a tool tip with its meaning. Very handy!
