This has been bugging me for some time. I leave TB minimised to SysTray, opening it only rarely, usually to empty the Junk Mail folder. Thus this folder is always selected. I just need to hit the keyboard shortcut for emptying a folder.
The very first time after starting TB this works as expected. From then on I always have to select another folder first, then go back before the folder will be emptied upon hitting the shortcut.
