The first time this issue has appeared has been in this release 4.1.11.2. The 
same person is forwarding emails. Her name appears correctly in some, and in a 
few as blocks. Yes that usually indicates character set issues but should that 
be showing in the message list?

She lives in the US, uses Outlook Express and I have never seen this behavior 
before.
