Well, not completely <g>.
What I *have* done it to use the folder Forward template (this is the
List Bounces folder - I don't write to *people* from here so it's
safe) to turn the bounce message into an "unsubscribe" instruction for
the reported address.
It works well enough in most cases to make my job easier and, since
it's not fully automated on a filter, I can decide what I want to do
in real-time.
Actually, I will turn it into a hot-key filter so that I can make it a
custom reply template instead. That way I can drop the attachments
automatically. With forwarding, I still have to manually remove the
attachments.
