I think to problem is in modem connection properties. Well, open
Control Panel, double click to modems icon, click on Properties
button, go to Connection tab and check "Disconnect a call if idle for
more than [] mins", so in textbox fill time that you wont to modem
stay OnLine in Idle status, before disconnect from network.
