There's a special section dedicated to SMTP servers (name,
login/pass). Then, we configure each mail account with its own
parameters (name, pop server, signature ..) and with the smtp to be used

I've tested with the option "perform SMTP authentication" activated (use
settings of mail retrieval) and unactivated. Same result : the log gave me :
"!6/06/2001, 16:49:16: SEND - Could not connect to the server"

don't know really how it can help you ... at home, relay.chello.be and at work,
smtp.vub.ac.be

Anyway, thanks
