Because it knows what's best for you?  ;-)

While I can't understand why you'd want to use your Juno mailer
instead of TB!, perhaps you need to check your "MAPI" settings in both
programs. In TB!, that can be found in:

Options/Preferences/Applications

In the TB! program folder, there is a .dll file called "TBMapi.dll".
Perhaps you could temporarily rename or move this file so that it
won't work, and see what happens.
