Mostly around the internet, all caps is considered shouting ;)

As for the issue, have you tried opening Internet Explorer, and going
to Tools - Internet Options - Programs tab, and changing the default
mailer away from TheBat! and to use something else? It may be that
Juno is using the IE settings for your mail setup. I could be wrong,
just a suggestion, I don't remember seeing anybody suggest it yet
either.
