The reason that I want to use the Juno Program is because I am using Juno 5.0 which doesn't support pop3 and smtp service. I can receive mail via pop3 from my scn account on the bat, but I can't use the bat to send mail. My preferences are correct under Options/Preferences/Applications. > >While I can't understand why you'd want to use your Juno mailer >instead of TB!, perhaps you need to check your "MAPI" settings in both >programs. IF I RENAME THIS FILE, WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO RECEIVE MAIL POP3 ON THE BAT? I seem to recall that there were a fast and a slow setting for running the bat. I forgot how to get to the slow setting and was wondering if that might make a difference? My mapi settings are correct and something else is going on here. I may have mistsated my problem. When clicking on IE 6.0, the bat shows up. And when clicking on an e-mail link in Opera 6.05, the Juno mail program properly comes up but the e-mail link is not automatically pasted like it should. In both cases the mappi settings for both IE 6.0, the bat, and Opera 6.05 are all set for Juno as a mail program. I thought it sounded like a registry issue and was wondering what I need to do to fix the registry settings?
