     Using the recipient address, TB! will look for, in order or
     preference, an address book entry template, followed by an address
     book group template. If no template is found to be used, then TB!
     will use the folder template in which the message you're replying
     to resides.

     Look at the reply template in the folder properties for the folder
     in which my message is.  See if it's OK.

     You likely have a bad folder reply template.

     Yes. This is because you have '%-' after the Dear %ofromfname. It's
     deleting the line feed you added. The %- is needed only if you wish
     to not have the template output the line feed that comes after it.
