Interesting thread this. Made me realise that it would be nice to have 
TclockEx show the week of the year. Here in Sweden everyone makes plans 
based on the WOTY.

Does anyone have a freeware / shareware utility which could replace 
TclockEx  and display WOTY?

interpretations of what is the first week of the year. I see the number in my
TclockEx, or on my calendar, and that's about it.
