Some of you seem to forget that this is a paid product from a company trusted and
respected by all of us, not some freeware program that is randomly downloaded and
maintained sporadically in a "if I feel like it" way.

Not necessarily. Maybe the poster has sent such complaints to TBUDL before and fell
on deaf ears (it happens), so he decided to try this list in the hopes it reaching the
developers faster.
