I did the job with your post I'm replying to and attached the result.
As you can see, there's all the kludge in it.

Is there a box to check somewere to avoid this ?

Please notice that my "Shift+CTRL+K" switch is on the "no kludge"
position.

btw, it's not possible, with this method, to chose the name of the
.txt file. So, my template and cut and paste method may be useful ? :))
