If there *are* zero messages then no index is needed. If there *should
not* be zero messages then the message base needs repairing.
I have a copy of the MBREPAIR tool but, in the (nearly) two years that
I have been a TB user, I have never had to use it once.

What is rebuilt by MBRepair is the folder message base. TB is the only
indexer for the folders.
