I  agree,  especially that in new 1.38 beta/1 macros are claimed to be
"fully-recursive".  In  this  case  I  think  that  constructions like
"%TO="%OFromName  <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>%Cursor" should be allowed. In this
case  the  cursor  would be placed after the filled in address. But in
order  to  not  loose  the current behavior benefits, TB should accept
%Cursor  macro placed twice: once within %TO= %CC= %BCC= %SUBJECT= and
all similar macros, and once in the message body, so that if you press
tab a number of time, the cursor is placed in a specified position (as
it  is  now). If no %Cursor macro would be placed within macros listed
above, the cursor should be placed in message body.

Why  do  I propose this? Well, I think that with this both sides, both
Steve  and  Thomas would get what they wanted. The only weak point is,
that  I'm  not sure how much extra programming and extra code would it
take  (I  guess  not too much, for we already have recursive macros in
1.38 beta/1).
