Me neither and it's not listed in the Webopaedia. Internet search turned
up:
- the first chiefs of Rotuma, Hawai'i

So, I'm guessing it's (E-)Mail User Agent and not Rotuma chiefs that
have been "doing this since there have been MUAs".
