if you reply:
click on 'View' in the menu: there you select 'From' & 'Reply-to' (and
the other ones if you want offcourse)
Then, those fields are editable, you even get a drop-down menu for
them (in which the adresses from the different accounts appear) or you
can simply type over them...
HTH - so it's not a design-flaw :-)
