 From the new version announcement of 1.38:

[+] %REPLYCOUNTER/%ORERPLYCOUNTER to generate "Re[n]:" text
    accordingly to the count of replies (can be useful for generated
    subject fields).

 So, I was wondering if this could possibly be used together with
 regexps.
