<replying to myself> I meant Replied Messages filter, not Outgoing...
although Outgoing would probably work too. In fact, if you wanted to
keep copies of messages you wrote new, not just replies, you'd want to
use the Outgoing filter instead. But if all you wanted to move was
replies, then the Replied Messages filter would be more efficient.
