What you say sounds good on paper but using both interfaces for me
is different for browsing with a lot of windows. While I dislike an MDI
interface for e-mail, I really like one for browsing and am glad that
Opera supports it. It's easier to manage all the windows in an MDI
environment. It's cleaner. For example, I have the ten browser windows
going and wish to minimize the browsing session without minimizing my
other tasks. I minimize Opera .... voila!. How do I selectively minimize
all the browser window sessions for IE or Netscape? You may not need to
since you use multiple desktops and dedicate one for browsing. Not
everyone does that however, so if Opera's MDI environment doesn't suite
you don't appeal that it be changed ... go elsewhere. :)))))
