Correction: These are not radio buttons. However the Persistent
Blocks option disables the Overwrite Blocks options because of the
reasons below :-)
Persistent Overwrite Behaviour
Blocks Blocks
off off deselect block with cursor
movement, not with editing keys.
Delete Block with Ctrl-Del
on off Blocks won't be deselected by
non-block operations. Delete Block
with Ctrl-Del
off on any editing command will affect
block (standard Windows bahviour)
