After creating the group in the address book, right click on
the group and select the properties. There are new message, reply and
forward specific templates which may be created.
Whenever you wish to send the group a message, select the
group in the address book and hit new message. The specific templates
will be used. If you make any member of the group a favourite for the
favourites menu, you'll also be able to create a new message to all
members of the group via the arrow pull-down menu immediately beside
the new message button on the TB! main window.
