        When you're setting up the group, there is a part where you
should give the group a distinct handle name. Place in the new message
template for the group "Dear %TOFNAME,". If you send a message to the
entire group then the group handle name will be used ...

        However, if you double click on any of the entries for the
group, a new message template will be created with the recipients
