I have found a way to do it, but it is involved a bit.
Mainly using the /batch command line parameter and a batch file with a
lot of /MAIL commands, pointing to a template, with each persons email
address.

Shame it cannot expand each member in a group, and effectively
perform a 'mail merge' on the message. Templates ALMOST do this.
Except I've got to go through all 30 manually creating new messages.
