Why not just use quick templates only? That's all that I use.
The other thing is that I have abandoned using folder templates. The
bulk of my templates are in the address book. They are either person
specific templates eg. I have specific templates for TBUDL and TBBETA.
You may also create group specific templates.
The advantage of this is that you may wish to change your
folder structure or filter mail from someone or a group of individuals
to another folder. If the templates are in the address book, they will
follow the mail wherever you filter the mail to. You also don't have
to worry about which folder you have open when creating a new message
to a recipient. The address book specific template overrides the
folder template. It works beautifully.
