This is the only part I can make a worthwhile comment on. My
only suggestion is that you use address book templates and create
templates for those in your address book which require a special
greeting, your example being a valid instance.
I personally dislike the way TB uses the string before '@" in
the e-mail address, if there's no sender name available. It's better
to simply leave the field blank after the 'Hi'.
