I find it slightly annoying that TB uses the part before the "@" if
there is no Real Name. Since TB recognizes the sender when we hit
"reply" and the email address is in the addressbook, it should look
there automatically for any FName, IMHO.

An additional macro %TONICK meaning the nickname of the TO recipient
(and equiv for CC, BCC, FROM) could make sense. Of course TB should
know to return blank if there is no match in the addrbook.
