no,  TB!  doesn't  create  the  message.  The  message is created by the
form-script

Yes,  use  a foolproof mailscript or change your existing one to make it
work the way it should.

I'm  using  cgi  scripting for various purposes and /all/ deliver easily
readable, formatted messages.
