What browser are you using? Does TB launch and load an address
correctly if you click on something like
mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?Subject=Hello_TBUDL&Body=This_is_a_test
from your browser? TB supports the mailto convention properly, and so
this should give you a message addressed to TBUDL with the subject,
Hello_TBUDL
and body,
This_is_a_test
If this does not work from your browser, check out the mailto section
of the FAQ to get Netscape to interface with TB correctly. If you
use IE, go to Tools->Internet Options->Programs and make sure TB is
the e-mail client. If all of this is correct and you're still having
trouble, perhaps the online form is to blame. It is possible that
the form uses some nonstandard mailto construction. Most MS programs
"fix" mistakes automatically, so it is possible that despite a faulty
code, OE works simply because it has been programmed to comprehend
those mistakes.
