Salutations Bat Folk,

My wife's POS HP laptop locked up again for no apparent reason and we had to do
a forced shutdown (holding the power button depressed until the computer turns
itself off). I use the term "locked up" because we had no control of anything
except cursor movement. Keypad and mouse buttons were non-responsive.
Un-fortunately she was several paragraphs into an email when this happened and
so lost the entire draft.

I remember seeing a message sometimes when I've abandoned an email during
creation to the effect of "The Bat! has saved a copy of this message. Do you
wish to delete the copy as well?" I don't remember the exact wording but it's
something like that.

So, is it possible that TB! *DID* save what she had typed before the lockup and
if so, where might it be found and retrieved?
