It's bad enough that I have to religiously remember to make sure a message to this list gets changed back to plain text (from automatic HTML) just because I saved and then re-opened it for further editing. It's really not that important. I just thought I remembered a setting somewhere that allowed you to preset line length in HTML. Memory and me are but casual acquaintances so it's not surprising I would incorrectly recall something like that.
