In your POP settings, you have to add "recent:" before you username in
order to receive messages that have already been downloaded by another
computer.

Example: My username is tom...@thebat.net, so in TB!'s transport
settings for mail retrieval by POP, I have recent:tom...@thebat.net
set as my username.
