I would try to find out why TB on your PC even wants administrator rights. I don't login with administrator rights or do "run as administrator" and yet TB works on my Windows 7 Ultimate PC. My Windows 10 PC (clean install NOT an "upgrade") is 2000 km away, so I can't test what happens there as I write.
