It sounds like Steve is right here if your isp has blocked outbound
SMTP connections you can't connect to your own SMTP so lets try a
solution:
Connect for sending to the SMTP of your local ISP => but then you
still will have to use 2 setups to send!
Or you use a smal mailserver tool that supports more than on SMTP
servers or is chosing the rigt one for this connection...
but I don't know the name of one right now beside Vpop3 which is a
full featured Mailserver.
