Really? I use it quite a lot. I might be visually less obvious than
color group, but it's easy to use (with one mouse click), and easy
to sort by flag (so all flagged messages would be presented
together, which is more cumbersome to do with color groups).

If memory serves me well (it rarely does, and I used Eudora many
years ago), labels are colors.
