Because I didn't know about hitting ALT-L (C, or R).

Moreover, on the supposition that those are the commands for
aligning text left, right, and center, they don't maintain the
formatted paragraphs, which ClipMate does.
Unless, of course, I'm doing something else wrong, too, which is
quite likely, considering my recent history with TB.
Here's a question for you, Nick.
Why should I have to hit anything to have the pasted text format
correctly and precisely to my default? I think this is another one of those
"quirks" that TB is famous for, don't you agree?
Besides, I'm mostly a GUI guy, I don't like using the keyboard because I'm
so bad at it. I have fingers the size of salamis, and I'm a very
poor typist to boot. On the other hand, I can make a mouse do things
that even Linda Lovelace would be proud of.
