Are you running anti virus program ?
I noticed that some Antivirus program (E-mail Firewall) having problem
if the message having winmail.dat or *.rtf attachment in process
encode/decode the message for scanning viruses.
Try to disable the Firewall anti virus for while (just for test
purpose), see what happen then.
