Yes, that is solution. Static IP address. But here in YU almost all
Internet users have dynamic IP. So if you give a ban to dynamic IP you
stopped him from accessing list this time (but not next time). What is
becoming a world biggest problem, what if you get IP that is been used
by some hacker (bad one!) and access to many sites and lists is
already blocked for you even if you are not that man. How to deal with
this matter?
