Hello Karin,

I use flagged messages to mark that I've seen a message but it is not
read. I use colour groups to indicate mail from certain sources. So
any mail from my thesis supervisor gets coloured blue. I usually read
his mail right away. But if I just don't have time, or I want to
indicate that I should reread the message later, then I use flags.
I do this with other mail too, but it isn't so great for a mailing
list like this if you're using threaded views. There is currently no
indication that you have a flagged or coloured message hiding in a
collapsed thread.
