You don't need to resort to command line parameters for the mailing
list idea. Leif Gregory composed an excellent article detailing the
steps to host a mailing list using TB. This article can be found in
the help file and in the FAQ. I think TB has added some features to
the filters that make it even easier than what Leif wrote, but the
bulk of what he said works well.
I would advise you to check out that article for a much more detailed
explanation than what I can give here.
